Duties

- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a casual dining atmosphere.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create an appealing breakfast menu that meets guest expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in banquet preparations as needed, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly.
