Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests, handling inquiries, and facilitating their stay at our hotel.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management throughout the guest experience.
- You are expected to maintain lobby appearance by cleaning, stocking and replenishing as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- A background in hospitality management is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
