We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. The first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. We are looking for someone with a strong outgoing personality, who can work independently, is highly dependable, and has a good work history with strong customer service and work ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information and proper payment handling
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform night audit duties as needed
WORK SCHEDULE
- Part and Full-time Opportunity: When combined with guest room attendant duties; flexible schedules are available for shifts in the laundry and housekeeping department.
