What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Attendant position at Hilton Home2 Suites?
We are currently seeking to hire housekeeping room attendants. This position entails cleaning multiple guest rooms daily, and hours are based on the occupancy of the hotel. Applicants must be able to adhere strictly to cleanliness standards set forth by the brand, as well as budgetary constraints in regards to amount of time required to clean each room. Applicants must be able to be on their feet for up to eight hours, and must be able to continuously bend, stretch, reach, push and pull.
Applicants with PREVIOUS HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE. Applicants should be energetic, hard-working, detail-oriented, and must be able to work together in a team and take direction and corrective guidance. Applicants must also be reliable, and dependable, and be able to ensure they are present and on time for their scheduled shifts without fail.
Masks and gloves are provided and social distancing measures are in place.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your core skills in cleaning and floor care will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to requests promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
