What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Room Attendant position at Hilton Home2 Suites?
The hotel room attendant will be responsible for the cleanliness of the guestrooms. Tasks Include but are not limited to cleaning the guestroom area, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom and lobby areas as needed. Will need to be able to clean 14 to 16 rooms in an 8 hour shift.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Be able to work in a stand/walk for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy to guest/co-workers, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to solve practical problems for guest based on the hotel policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Weekend availability is required.
