Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to guest requests.

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Morning shift
• Night shift
