We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct night audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to guest requests.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
