- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software.
- Handle phone systems effectively, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on daily activities, occupancy rates, and revenue for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
