*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to assist in the daily operations of our new hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
*Duties*
- Oversee all aspects of front desk and housekeeping.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Supervise staff and providing training and support to enhance performance.
- Cover desk/night audits as necessary, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Assist the General Manager in human resources functions including hiring, training, and employee evaluations.
- Assist the General Manager to create strategies for maximizing revenue and minimize
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hospitality management.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of night audit processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
