Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome an Overnight Guest Service Agent to join the team!

Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center.

The ideal candidate holds 2 years in customer service. Ability to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern : Overnight (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed) 11PM-7 : 00AM

Pay Rate : $19.18 / hr $1.00 for overnight differential

What will I be doing?

An Overnight Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing customer service to all guests, including checking in and checking out guests, and running night audit reports, in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

  • Checking in and checking out of guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide driving and / or walking directions to guests to local destinations
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  • Run required night audit reports
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
