Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome an Overnight Guest Service Agent to join the team!
Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center.
The ideal candidate holds 2 years in customer service. Ability to work the required shifts.
Shift Pattern : Overnight (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed) 11PM-7 : 00AM
Pay Rate : $19.18 / hr $1.00 for overnight differential

What will I be doing?
An Overnight Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing customer service to all guests, including checking in and checking out guests, and running night audit reports, in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
