Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel or resort, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle guest complaints or concerns.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance to other hotel staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of guest services and hospitality management principles.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
