Position Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable visit. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure accurate order delivery and monitor guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a positive and effective manner.
- Uphold all health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for excellent service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
