The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative tasks of the hotels Human Resources department, including recruiting new hires, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, essentially acting as a liaison between the GM and its employees regarding HR matters.
