Duties
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage outlets.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with budgeting, and manage costs effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and reporting.
- Implement training programs for new hires to promote skill development and team cohesion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or food service management is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Background in hospitality management or related field is highly desirable.
- Experience in kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and inventory management practices.
