Description
POSITION PURPOSE Provides clean and properly stocked rooms in a timely manner to meet established standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Team clean with a partner 32 units per day.
2. Cleans guestrooms in an efficient manner and within allocated time per room.
3. Changes bed linens at guest's request.
4. Dusts furniture, empties wastebaskets, and cleans mirrors and pictures.
5. Cleans bathroom and vanity areas using prescribed procedures.
6. Use commercial push-vacuum and cleans vacuum on a daily basis.
7. Responsible for the organization and re-stocking of carrier at the beginning of the shift.
8. Assists with deep cleaning duties.
9. Reports any maintenance problems, safety concerns, or injuries to supervisor.
10. Turns in all lost and found items to supervisor.
11. Follows all policies, including proper uniform attire, OSHA standards and procedures and key control procedures.
12. Performs all other related duties and special projects as requested.
13. Touch up guestrooms as needed.
14. Ensure all closets on guest floors remain closed throughout the shift.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be punched in, in uniform and ready for work as scheduled.
2. Must be able to use all cleaning equipment and materials.
3. Must have flexible work schedule.
4. Represent the company in a courteous and well-groomed manner.
5. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and carry their equipment on a regular and extended basis.
