About the Role
The Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is seeking a dedicated and experienced server to join our team as a PM Server. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Service food and/or beverage to include order-taking and delivery of items.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a Point of Sale system.
- Manage table settings and provide accurate information to guests about menu items and promotions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health standards and reporting any hazards or near-misses to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a current Food Handler Card.
- Knowledge of all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
