What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Attendant position at Hilton Mystic?
The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for implementing and executing various in-house children's activities which include but are not limited to "dive-in" movies, art projects, craft projects, etc. Along with overseeing daily activities, the Recreation Attendant will also maintain a clean pool area by keeping used and clean towels in an orderly manner.
***THIS IS NOT A LIFEGUARD POSITION***
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Available to work weekends and holidays (shifts vary based on business demands).
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Must be able to enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with others.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- May Require CPR/ First Aid Training
- Experience working with children a plus
- Refined written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
