Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Set-up team member to join our hospitality staff. This role is essential in ensuring that all banquet events are set up efficiently and meet the high standards of our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare banquet rooms for events by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment according to event specifications.
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure that food service areas are properly arranged and stocked.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Support bussing duties during events to clear tables promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to requests.

Experience

• Previous experience in banquet set-up or a related role within the culinary or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Familiarity with catering operations and event management is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when needed.
