Are you passionate about the details that turn a good stay into a great one? At Hilton Omaha, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Rooms Coordinator to be the behind-the-scenes hero who makes every guest feel right at home — before they even arrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the master of room assignments, coordinating daily arrivals, special requests, and VIP experiences with flawless precision
- Partner with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready, clean, and meet Hilton standards
- Handle guest preferences, group blocks, and last-minute changes like a hospitality pro
- Keep communication flowing between departments — you’re the go-to for guestroom logistics
- Make sure every guest’s first impression is one of comfort, care, and class
- A passion for hospitality and genuine guest service
- Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and a collaborative spirit
- Experience with property management systems (bonus if you’ve worked in hotels before!)
