Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
- Perform account analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support corporate accounting functions by preparing financial reports and statements.
- Manage budgeting processes and assist in financial forecasting.
- Utilize Kronos and other financial software for payroll and accounting tasks.
- Conduct credit analysis to evaluate customer creditworthiness.
- Maintain organized records of debits and credits for all transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or corporate accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Familiarity with financial software, including Kronos, is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
