Job Overview:
- Assisting the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations of the front desk while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Warmly welcome and register guests, to assisting with guest departures while providing prompt and courteous service.
- Ensuring the guest stay meets Hilton's Brand Standards.
- Resolving any guest issues.
- Assist with the supervision and training of the front office staff.
- Will act as MOD when required.
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk supervisory experience required (1 Year)
OnQ and Hilton experience preferred
Outstanding guest service skills; Strong hospitality skills
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AMs and PMs
Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
Neat and professional appearance
