We are currently searching for a dynamic, hands-on Front Desk Supervisor. We are looking someone who is customer service orientated, approachable, motivational, detail focused and has that “get the job done” attitude!
This position reports to the Front Desk Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient Front Desk administration and management of all Team Members at the Front Desk; additional functions including:
- Overseeing, PBX, Bell/Valet and Front Desk Activities
- Overseeing Front Desk operations including room swapping, inventory types and rules, check-in, check-outs and room blocking
- Will handle guest concerns and challenges and resolve concerns/challenges with full guest satisfaction
- Trains Front Desk Team Members on how to handle difficult guest challenges and concerns resulting in positive results for guest satisfaction
- Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to by all Front Desk Team Members
- Promotes Financial accountability within the Front Desk Department
- Other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Management Team
As the Front Desk Supervisor you will lead in developing and implementing Hilton Service Standards, maintain and model in full dress code compliance. You will lead your Team Members by creating team spirit and inspire team performance, motivating the Front Desk Team Members by maintaining a positive attitude and exemplifying the vision and mission of Hilton Palm Springs.
The ideal Front Desk Supervisor candidate will bring the following minimum required or preferred assets to the company:
- 2 years Hotel Front Desk Experience is required
- Strong Team Building experience preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organization skills required
- Ability to multitask in demanding environment required'
