What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire – Motivate and support front desk associates to deliver top-tier service.
Guest Relations – Be the go-to problem solver, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.
Train & Develop – Teach and coach team members to help them succeed.
Daily Operations – Oversee shift transitions, opening/closing duties, and efficiency at the front desk.
Problem-Solving – Handle guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
What You Bring to the Team
✔ At least 1-2 years of hotel front desk or hospitality experience.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ A guest-first attitude and ability to think on your feet.
✔ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✔ A hospitality-related degree is a plus, but experience matters most!
