Position Purpose:
Perform daily food preparation and service to include: Ice Cream, Grab-and-Go items, and pizza preparation. Duties also include the sale of merchandise, and cleanliness of the Market area.
Essential Functions:
- Service and preparation of all food, beverage and restocking if merchandise, and items that are sold in Picnix. Proper handling of checks and use of Micros.
- Maintaining the appearance of Picnix by cleaning and straightening the Market.
Supportive Functions:
- Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure.
- Maintain an open line of communication between guests, management and line employees.
Experience:
Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
Other:
Due to the seasonal and business nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules and hours to reflect the staffing needs of the hotel.
