Job Summary
As an AM Breakfast/Lunch Server, you will play a vital role in providing a warm, efficient, and welcoming dining experience. You'll be responsible for prompt, attentive service and for ensuring our restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take and enter accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Process guest payments and handle cash in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, side stations, and dining areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, including food, beverages, and wine offerings
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Assist in the daily setup and maintenance of the dining room
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
