Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phones promptly and professionally, providing knowledgeable advice about animal care and veterinary services.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries, making confirmation calls as needed.
- Note details discussed during client conversations in medical records.
- Enter accurate charges and explain invoices to clients.
- Collect payment, process credit cards, and verify client eligibility for charge accounts.
- Verify client information, scan new documents, and fill prescription refill forms.
- Advise clients on retail items and provide routine administration instructions.
Requirements:
