The MSL / CML Director is responsible for leading a MSL / CML team in providing scientific, research, and educational support to health care professionals and other key stakeholders. The MSL / CML Director is responsible for providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current health care compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, develop, and coach the MSL team
- Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to KOL / HCP interactions
- Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights, and KOL / HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategy
- Oversee territory plan of action, skills training, and congress coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, special projects, and strategy development to support medical goals and objectives
