The is looking for an Assistant Director of Housekeeping (Taskforce) to join our team.

Set in the city center, our 388-room property with two-room suites is two blocks from the Washington Convention Center. Salary Range: $88,800 - $98,800 / annually

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you would be responsible for directing and administering housekeeping operations.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assists and acts in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping/Executive Housekeeper in overseeing and ensuring overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards.
• Plans, distributes, delegates, and directs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual work assignments.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.
• Assists in the management of all financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
