The Hilton Americas-Houston is searching for an Assistant Laundry Manager to join their talented team! 

Located in the heart of downtown Houston, this beautiful 1200 room hotel is connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via skywalk and adjacent to both Discovery Green Park and Toyota Center — home of the NBA's Houston Rockets. 

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team. They should also be highly organized and have strong problem-solving abilities.

What will I be doing?

Directs laundry and/or uniform staff to ensure a constant supply of clean, quality linens and/or uniforms for the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Ensures laundry facility and equipment are in optimum operating condition and in full compliance with OSHA requirements and guidelines. Manages departmental financial processes of forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll and inventory control.
