The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is seeking a full-time Banquet Houseperson to join their team! The hotel has over 37,000 square footage of event space. It includes a collection of meeting rooms, ballrooms and outdoor decks that can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 600 guests. Ideal candidate has previous hotel banquet set up experience and works well independently.
Shift Pattern: Varies with both AM and PM shifts. Weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Houseperson, you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities for functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
- Clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at beginning of events
- Clean meeting space including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events
