Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale is an iconic resort property located next to Fort Lauderdale Beach, just ½ mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. With over 25,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting space, this property is perfect for hosting memorable events, both corporate and social. As a Catering Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Catering Sales Manager who has:

  • 2 years of catering sales and execution experience

What will you be doing?
As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Representing the hotel through preparing proposals and external sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Meeting with clients, conducting property tours, and participating in tradeshows, industry, and community events
  • Managing the customer relationship from initial inquiry to event execution, including drafting proposals, contracts, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Overseeing all logistics to ensure flawless event execution in collaboration with other departments
  • Providing consultation to clients to ensure unforgettable experiences within budget
  • Creatively designing and detailing menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience
