Hilton Boston Park Plaza is looking for a Director of National Accounts to drive business in the corporate, pharmaceutical, tech, and international markets. This is an on-property role where you’ll be at the heart of Boston’s hospitality scene, representing one of the city’s most iconic hotels.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive high-value business—Target 125 rooms on peak and higher for meetings, events, and corporate stays.
  • Hunt & Close Deals—Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Be the Face of Hilton Boston Park Plaza—Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and create unforgettable experiences.
  • Negotiate & Strategize—Prepare proposals, close contracts, and analyze lost business to refine sales tactics.
  • Collaborate & Deliver—Work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
  • Exceed Sales Goals—Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and room night success.
