What will you be doing?
- Prospect and develop accounts through diverse communication channels.
- Coordinate site visits, entertain clients, and ensure thorough follow-up.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and events for enhanced visibility.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Supervise staff, assist in training, and set performance goals.
- Coordinate event details, ensure guest satisfaction, and oversee setups.
- Provide regular reports, attend meetings, and handle additional responsibilities as required.
What do you bring to the role?
- Previous hospitality/hotel sales leadership experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office and business acumen related to inventory distribution and revenue dynamics.
- Possess a dynamic sales approach and is confident and motivated to drive hospitality sales success.
- Proven sales & negotiation skills with the ability to close deals, network, and market hotel offerings effectively.
- Previous experience with and possess the ability to maintain accurate records, provide strategic client management, finalize contracts, track leads, multitask, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Be goal-oriented & data-driven; ability to meet or exceed budgetary goals, and stay informed on market trends.
- Offer a polished image, adhere to business etiquette, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrate strong internal and external written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to travel for outside and local sales calls, participate in industry and community events, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet hotel business needs.
