*The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the leadership team in overseeing the functionality and safety of the resort to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
