What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager with direct responsibility for budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience managing a full-service property with revenues of $100MM and 500 rooms.
- Ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team and driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results.
- A multi-disciplinary background within the hotel industry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a property with multiple dining outlets and banquet facilities with minimum of 75K sq ft of meeting room space.
- Experience managing union partnerships.
- Experience managing complex owner relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global experience advantageous, working cross culturally with guests and team members.
- Ability to communicate in other languages.
- Local market expertise.
- Hilton brand experience.

The annual salary range for this role is $330K - $360K and is based on commensurate experience.
