The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is searching for a Group Housing Coordinator to join the team.

- Classification: Full-Time
- Shifts: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
- The hourly rate: $30
This is an on-property position. The ideal candidate will be proficient in OnQ and have at least one year of experience in both hotel operations and customer service. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential
What will I be doing?
- Create group blocks in PMS
- Audit blocks, inventory, pick up
- Coordinate with clients on rooming list, reservations, updates, cut off dates
- Generate reports for clients and for the hotel
- Participate in group pick up meeting
- Identify VIPs, special requirements of the group
- Create booking links
- Monitor group inventory, pick up and additional needs
- Operates property management system to create, modify and cancel reservations
- Responds to guests inquiries through 3rd party OTA sites
- Reviews hotel website and 3rd party booking channels for accuracy
- Maintains up to date information and knowledge on hotel products, services and amenities
- Coordinates between teams to accommodate specific guest requests
