Signia by Hilton Atlanta - is looking to welcome a Group Reservations Coordinator to join the team!
The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, OnQ experience, good with communication skills, open and flexible with 1-year previous experience working in similar role
Shift Pattern: Weekdays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM- Flexibility and Availability (weekends) for events as needed
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
- Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
- Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
- Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.
- Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
- Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
