Hilton Atlanta is looking to welcome a Group Reservations Coordinator to join the team!
Our hotel featuring 1249 rooms, is located downtown near I-75, connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport. We have 10 team members that report to our Director of Rooms and Guest Services.
The ideal candidate holds 2 years of experience in hotel hospitality and OnQ experience. Sales, Events and Front office preferred.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:00PM) Saturday flexibility for events

What will I be doing?
As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service to consult with customers and book customized hotel reservations via phone. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Processing group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
- Communicating and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
- Processing reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
- Providing clerical support and assistance to management.
