Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is searching for a talented Full-Time Cook l to join their culinary team at Harvest Biistro!
The ideal candidate will have experience as both a hot line and cold line cook, with a strong understanding of cooking temperatures. They should demonstrate a sense of urgency, eagerness to learn, and passion for their craft. We are seeking someone hardworking and driven, who is ready to take the next step in their career. Being a team player with excellent collaboration skills is essential. Prior hotel experience is preferred.
Shift Pattern: This role will primarily support evening operations/ Open availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays/ Typical shift pattern is 3:00pm-11:30pm
Pay Range: $24.02 per hour

As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
- Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
