Shift: Varies: AM/PM- including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Rate Range: $31.95 - $39.94

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Previous experience working in a hotel, specifically within housekeeping department.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

What will I be doing:

As a Maintenance Foreman, you would be responsible for leading and assisting in overseeing the overall operations of the maintenance engineering team. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervises and performs the duties of an engineer.
• Ensures the proper maintenance of the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas.
• Coordinates and ensures completion of work assignments.
• Orders materials, maintains equipment and manages product inventory.
• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility's power plant to supply heat, air-conditioning, steam, water and related mechanical services.
• Supervise refrigeration, air-conditioning, appliance and engine-room team members.
• Monitor, maintain and test Life Safety Systems in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
