As a AAA 4-Diamond property spanning 45 acres and featuring over 1,600 luxurious rooms, 600,000 square feet of event space, and seven unique dining options, Hilton Anatole is the epitome of excellence in hospitality.

We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality. 

As the ideal candidate, you will:

• Have a solidified knowledge of traditional dough and pastry production 
• Have previous experience in a high-volume production kitchen with a focus on center of the plate desserts
• Have a detail-oriented approach to your work
• Have previous experience with chocolate work, cake decoration and garnish work

If you have previous high-volume pastry experience and a background in traditional European pastry production, that's a huge plus!

As a Pastry Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing pastry food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation standards
• Stocking, maintaining and ensuring proper storage and refrigeration of an adequate supply of all prepared product
• Practicing correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Preparing daily requisitions for supplies and food items
