The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a Part-Time Cashier to join their seasonal poolside team! This 1000 room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!
Ideal candidates for this position will have previous food and beverage experience, the ability to keep up with the physical demands of the position and have previous experience with cash handling.
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work two to four shifts per week between the hours of 12 pm and 10:00 pm, weekend availability required
Pay Rate: $14.50

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you would be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a supervisor, if necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
