Scope:
Inspects and receives all deliveries, according to hotel standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ø Inspects for any discrepancies to be noted immediately.
Ø Process departmental and interdepartmental requisitions in accordance to hotel procedures.
Ø Receives and ships all guest packages.
Ø Stocks storeroom and refrigerated storage fully, first in/first out rules.
Ø Cleans and maintains associated work areas. Monitors food requisitions. Notifies supervisors of incidents or conflicts that affect normal business operations and guest services.
Ø Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ø Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Ø Follows company policies and procedures.
