Reporting to the General Manager, the Resort Manager oversees operations and food & beverage, ensuring seamless daily execution, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive environment for guests and team members. This role plays a key part in executing the resort’s vision and serves as the top operator in the GM’s absence.
The resort is undergoing a transformative renovation, with all guest rooms, corridors, and the lobby now fully refreshed. Adding to the excitement, we've introduced the first-of-its-kind rooftop lounge overlooking the ocean, setting a new standard for elevated experiences. As part of a strategic and visionary repositioning, the full scope of enhancements is set to be realized by 2025.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Director level, overseeing operations focused departments.
- Proven leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Luxury/Lifestyle Hotel Experience.
- Ability to develop a culture of excellence reenforcing consistent standards.
