We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team at Signia San Jose. If you possess strong organizational skills, enjoy supporting multiple team members, and have a natural ability to multitask, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications
- Track and manage sales data, reports, and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
- Foster a positive and efficient team environment
- Clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding,
- Answering telephones,
- Processing mail
- Taking notes and/or dictation,
- Making travel arrangements
- Performing other general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or administration
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
