Server Assistant (Part-Time), La Luce - Signia by Hilton Orlando

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Part-Time Server Assistant to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team in their Fine Dining Restaurant "La Luce"! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality/restaurant experience, has a strong customer service background with excellent multitasking skills. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.

Shift Pattern: 2-3 shifts / week, with flexibility over weekdays, weekends and holidays. Only PM shifts, starting as early as 5PM and ending as late as 10:45PM-11:30PM.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
