Server, Restaurant - Hilton Boston Park Plaza

The Hilton Boston Park Plaza is seeking a Restaurant Server to join our team!

We have a premier Back Bay location, surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment. Boston Common and the Public Garden are steps away from us, while Beacon Hill and the Theater District are within a half-mile. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of food server experience in a restaurant or hotel restaurant environment, previous customer service experience, and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this role, including nights, weekends and holidays  

Pay Range: $16.50 / hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
