Inspired by nature and fashioned for adventure, Conrad Orlando sits on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort bordering Walt Disney World with a 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre lagoon setting the stage for luxury which is as harmonious as it is captivating.
The stunning resort will feature 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?
The Spa Reservationist is responsible for managing spa bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests in person, over the phone, and via email with spa reservations, inquiries, and service recommendations.
- Booking Management: Schedule and confirm spa appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of spa facilities and therapists' schedules.
- Customer Service: Provide personalized service, addressing guest needs and preferences, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of spa services, treatments, and products to effectively inform and upsell to guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage guest records, process payments, and maintain accurate booking logs and reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with spa therapists, management, and other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
- Promotions: Inform guests about special offers, packages, and promotions to enhance their spa experience.
