The Spa Supervisor is the first point of contact for guests and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment at the Hilton Anatole's Verandah Spa. This position is responsible for managing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall efficiency of the spa. The Supervisor is responsible for booking appointments, managing schedules, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with retail sales, contributing to a seamless and memorable experience for all spa guests.
