We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in computer software, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure that all records are up-to-date.
- Utilize Netsuite for financial record-keeping and invoicing as needed.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts regularly.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems to facilitate effective communication within the office.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Support office management by assisting with various clerical tasks, including correspondence and report preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer software, particularly data entry applications and Netsuite. Training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
